You should receive an order confirmation (and an email with access codes, if you purchased any digital products) within a few minutes of paying for the order. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam / junk folder. If it is not in any of your folders, please send us an email with your order number so that we can assist you.
Our website only accepts credit cards issued by Visa and MasterCard. The payment will not go through if you are attempting to make a payment using an Amex card (American Express). Also, please ensure that you do not have any pop-up blockers enabled as these may interrupt the payment process. (Please seek assistance from your local IT support)
Once you’ve added titles to the cart, please click on the shopping cart icon located at the top right corner of the website. Then, click the “Checkout” button to enter your details and finalize the purchase.
If you have enlarged the website on your web browser (zoomed in more than 100%), you may not be able to see the Checkout button on the menu. Please reduce the size of the webpage using the “View” menu on your web browser. (Please seek assistance from your local IT support)
If a title is on backorder, it means that we do not currently have stock of that particular title. However, you can place the title on backorder so that we can have it shipped out to you as soon as we have it in stock.
Access codes for most of our titles are printed on the inner front cover of the physical book and are shipped out along with the book.
Please contact us immediately using the web contact form so that we can correct your information. Please ensure that you mention your order number. Note: Most orders are processed on the same day. We will not be able to make any changes once your order has been handed over to the courier.
Please note that our website (www.insightpublications.com.au) is the web shop where you would purchase our books. Insight Digital, which is our eBook reader, can be accessed through https://digital.insightpublications.com.au and requires a separate login which can be created using an Insight Digital access code.
Insight’s Trial Exams for the current year can only be purchased by schools and are not available for individual purchase.
Currently, Insight Digital titles do not have an expiry date and is accessible as long as the Insight Digital account is active.
