Can I print an Insight Digital ebook?
No, Insight Digital ebooks cannot be printed or saved as a PDF.
Insight Digital ebooks can only be accessed using the Insight Digital reader which is available as an online reader or a mobile App.
Can I download an Insight Digital ebook?
No, Insight Digital ebooks cannot be download as PDFs or printed.
Insight Digital ebooks can be accessed offline if you use the Insight Digital mobile app.
Can you email me the eBook?
No, Insight Digital ebooks are distributed using access codes that have to be registered using the Insight Digital reader.
eBooks cannot be downloaded and emailed.
Do you need an active internet connection to read an Insight Digital eBook?
You need an active internet connection if you are accessing your ebook using the Insight Digital web reader.
If you are accessing your ebooks using the Insight Digital mobile App, you only need an active internet connection when you access a title for the first time. The mobile app downloads the book, so that you do not need an active connection to read.
Do I need to enter my access code every time I log in?
No, you do not have to enter your digital access code every time you log into Insight Digital.
All you have to do is enter your username, which is your email address, and the password that you defined during registration.
I am unable to log into my Insight Digital account.

Your username is the email address that you used when you created your Insight Digital account.

Invalid Access Code - My access code worked before but does not work now.
Insight Digital access codes are for one-time use only.
Once an access code is registered to an Insight Digital profile, it becomes void and cannot be registered again.
You only need to enter the access code when accessing a title for the first time. After that, you do not have to enter the access code again to access the Insight Digital title.
I bought a used Insight book that has an access code. How can I check if it's been used?
