If you already have the title in your Insight Digital library, the system will now allow you to register the access code again. Sometimes, instead of notifying you that the book already exists, it will display an error saying that the code is invalid.
Please check your digital library and ensure that the title does not already exist.
Insight Digital access codes are for one-time use only.
Once an access code is registered to an Insight Digital profile, it becomes void and cannot be registered again.
You only need to enter the access code when accessing a title for the first time. After that, you do not have to enter the access code again to access the Insight Digital title.
If you would like to check if your access code is valid, please email us at support (at) insightpublications.com.au with the access code and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
