Natalia works across sales operations, inventory management, procurement and print production, helping ensure Insight’s educational resources are produced and delivered efficiently. She works closely with authors, suppliers, printers, warehouses and internal teams to support the publishing process from production through to distribution. She enjoys the variety of her role and the opportunity to collaborate across the business to deliver high-quality resources for teachers and students.
Robert has worked at Insight Publications for over 20 years, publishing and writing many titles. He holds university degrees in Science and Arts and is married with three children. At Insight, Robert loves that he can spend each and every day making educational resources as useful and as excellent as they can possibly be.
Izy started at Insight in 2026 with experience in academic publishing and bookselling. She completed her Master of Writing and Publishing degree at RMIT. Outside of work, Izy loves watching movies, reading books and spending time with her friends and family.
Amelia has worked at Insight since 2026 while completing her Master of Writing and Literature at Deakin University. A lifetime lover of learning, being able to contribute to students’ education is a dream job. In her spare time, she loves borrowing more books than she could ever read from her local library and procrastinating her own creative writing practice in favour of binge-watching Australian Survivor.
Mizz De Zoysa-Lewis has been with Insight for 21 years. Mizz left a very short stint in the legal profession to pursue her love of educational publishing and hasn’t turned back. She’s passionate about creating a work environment that values respect, empathy and excellence. Mizz goes home to her two fiercely independent teenagers, a very supportive husband, and three furry babies! She loves a bit of competition on the tennis court and enjoys catching up with her family and friends
Saskia joined Insight in 2026 as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. She has a BA in Psychology and a Masters of Publishing and Communications from the University of Melbourne. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies and concerts.
After working in publishing for more than 20 years, Helen joined Insight in 2026. She has completed a Bachelor of Commerce/Arts with Honours in History and English, and postgraduate studies in Editing and Publishing. She has been accredited with the Institute of Professional Editors since 2012 and has subsequently served on the exam writing team. Beyond books, Helen enjoys yoga, musical theatre, card games and more books.
Charlotte BA Hons, Masters (Writing and Publishing) has been with Insight since mid-2023. She has worked on a number of Insight titles, in particular helping to develop the Revision Questions and SAC & Exam Guides series. Outside of work she’s likely planning her next holiday, hunting for the best pastries in her area, or with her nose stuck in a book.
Kate joined the Insight team in 2024, but has worked in educational publishing for more than 20 years. She’s an accredited editor with the Institute of Professional Editors and has a BA in English and Film Studies. She loves the challenge to taking a ‘dry’ topic and trying to make it come alive for readers. Kate lives with two lively teenagers, one elderly cat and a funny husband. She’s a gym rat, a movie buff and a wannabe gardener, and she has a big pile of books next to her bed that she will never get through.
Melanie has been with Insight for sixteen years. She has authored many Insight titles, received numerous writing awards and was project editor of the EPA’s 2014’s prize-winning Secondary Reference Resource. She enjoys conceptualising titles and working with curricula, and she has a particular interest in creating EAL resources. Beyond work, she enjoys reading, travel, trivia, running, and spending time with her family and many pets.
Sage has worked at Insight since 2016 and has been a member of the publishing team since 2019. He has produced a wide variety of educational resources for Insight. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, watching films and spending time with his cats.
Zoe joined Insight in 2026 after previously working as a fulltime copywriter. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Creative Writing) from RMIT University and completed a Master of Creative Writing, Publishing and Editing at the University of Melbourne. In her spare time, Zoe can be found dancing, writing or reading with a good cup of tea.
Saverina’s role consists of meeting school staff, discussing their resource needs and showing them all Insight has to offer, which she has happily done since 2011. She loves that no day is the same and that she gets to meet so many new people. Alongside her degree in Biological Sciences, Sav is passionate about education and books. Sav loves spending time with family and friends and enjoying a high tea
Tess Rooney BA Hons, Masters (Creative Writing, Editing and Publishing) has worked for Insight Publications since 2022. Tess is passionate about expanding the horizons of young Australian writers and seeks creativity in all areas of her work. When not at Insight HQ, you can find her writing/editing side projects and singing in a local band.
Olivia started at Insight in early 2024 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Studies and Linguistics. She loves getting to work with and learn from her colleagues at Insight. In her spare time, she enjoys running and roller-skating.
Alison Tealby, BA, MA (Creative Writing, Publishing and Editing), GradCert (Science Communication) has written for, edited, proofread and project-managed various Insight titles, including trial exams, sample essays, text guides, workbooks and textbooks. She enjoys walking her dogs, Ashton and Bingo.
Isuru has been with the Insight team for over ten years. His background is in Accounting and Finance and has worked in the publishing industry for 15 years. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and music, and loves being part of such a supportive and dynamic team!
